This has been a free, all-ages, annual community celebration of autumn, using apples from the historic orchard in Colonel Samuel Smith Park in New Toronto. Led by local puppeteer Pat Lewis, friends and neighbours have gathered to make scarecrows, cook with apples, and tell stories about food and the harvest.
