Spring Classes for Children and Adults
The Waterfront Trail Artists are pleased to announce their spring series of children's and adult's art classes at the WTA community art centre, 2979 Lake Shore Blvd. West (south side, between 8th and 9th Streets).
All classes will run for eight weeks. Please call (416) 259-9597 to inquire about fees or to register.
Classes for Ages 5-7
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.
First Creations
Working at their own level, children will use a variety of art materials to explore colour, form, and texture.
Instructor - Elena Espinoza
Classes for Ages 7-12
Saturdays, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Introduction to Fine Art
Students will learn the basics of drawing, painting, and sculpture through the use of pencil, plasticine, watercolour, and acrylic paint.
Instructor - Wendy Lilly
Sundays, 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Murals & Graffiti
Exploring composition, layout, and colour, participants will learn to create stylized designs for large-scale mural paintings.

Classes for Adults
Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Oil Painting
Learn how to paint as the old masters did, discovering the fundamentals of colour, composition, and value. Using the Impressionists' colour palette, students will explore basic oil and acrylic techniques in a relaxed atmosphere.
Instructor - Ian Baggley
Tuesdays, 7:30 - 10:00 p.m.
Life Drawing
Open studio drawing and painting from the live model, $10 pay as you go (and bring your own supplies).

Summer Art Camp - For Children Ages 7-12
A wide variety of fine arts and crafts classes will fill your child's day with creative learning. Professional artists will be hired to lead the classes. Class details will be posted soon.

Rentals
We currently have rental spaces available at our community art centre, 2979 Lake Shore Blvd. West, for artists' studios, art exhibition, and classroom use. Our common art production space and facilities can also be rented. All rentals include the use of our lounge, library, and food service area. Size of spaces and prices are as follows:
Artists' studio space - 7'x12' (84 square feet), $190.00 per month.
Exhibition space - 20'x20' (400 square feet), $800.00 per month or $250 per week or $450 for two weeks.
Classroom space - 20'x15' (300 square feet), $700.00 per month or $200 per week.
Art production space and facilities - 34'x20' (680 square feet), $300.00 per month or $80 per week or $15 per day.
